As a personal chef my goal is to nurture your body and soul by providing balanced and fresh sustenance based on your dietary guidelines. Healthy supportive cooking is my passion and I want to share it with everyone. It is my mission to provide my clients with fresh, quality, nutritious meals within their homes, allowing more time for family, friends and increased opportunities to maintain a healthy diet. I have experience with many special dietary needs such as celiac disease, diabetes, low-carb/high-protein, vegetarian, vegan & many more. Preparing dinner should not be drudgery; something to be avoided, dreaded, ordered out or even skipped. I do the shopping. I do the cooking. I clean the kitchen.
