Whether you are a runner needing more flexibility, a yogi needing some cardio, or a beginner to exercise who needs it all, this cross-training boot camp will catapult you past your limitations to the next level of strength, flexibility, and fitness.

Mado Hesselink, RYT Certified Yoga Teacher and Marty Harwood Edes, Certified Personal Trainer lead an all-levels class combining yoga with strength training, core work, and cardio.

Time to Tighten Up?
Women can join me at Carrier Park near the lawn bowling field on Monday & Wednesday mornings at 7am for an intense 30min body-weight strength training open session prior to a 30min Team CRAVE run.  Cost is $5 for 30min.  Please RSVP via email to be on the list!  No gear required, just a great attitude.

A women only core class that will help you to focus train, tighten & tone your tummy.  30min each Thursday at Carrier Park.  Meet at the picnic pavilion by 5PM to get started.  There will be a Team CRAVE 30min run directly after to help shed unwanted inches covering up that hard earned muscle tone.  Please RSVP!  Bring a mat, water & $5.

Strength training will help you run faster, longer, and more efficiently. Studies have shown that runners who add resistance training to their weekly program increase their leg strength & enhance their endurance. You'll also be able to recover faster from those long runs because strength training makes your body more efficient at converting metabolic waste into energy.
Join me for 4 Thursdays in March, the first 4 Thursdays in  April or for all 8 weeks to build your body into a better running machine!
